Market hours are 11am - 4pm.
Set up begins at 9am. If you get there early, please wait until we finish marking the parking lot to set up. We need all trailers on site by 9am so we can make sure to park you first.
***Please do not set up your tent or tables while your car is parked in the market area. Driving to your space is for unloading only.
All vehicles will need to be out of the market area by 10:30am because we need a little bit of time to finish prepping. Please arrive in time to unload and have your car out of the market area by 10:30am. Vendor parking is anywhere that is not right in front of Kroger.
We need to keep roads around the market clear. Please do not park on the curbs around the market so we can avoid traffic issues.
Please plan to stay with us and set up until 4:00pm out of respect for the other vendors, the shoppers and the market unless you speak directly to Colleen or Jennifer about shutting down early. When vendors pack up early, shoppers leave thinking we are getting ready to close and this could affect sales for the vendors around you. If you sell out of inventory, please plan to have advertising materials to pass out.
We are going to wait until 4:15 to allow cars back in the market. Driving in the market area when there are still shoppers is not allowed. Please do not remove the cones from the entrances. I will do that when we are ready for cars to drive in. Please keep this in mind when packing up. Please pack up first, before you get your car, so loading goes quickly and you can get out of the way faster for the other vendors to pack up. If you see a lot of vehicles in the area, please allow them to clear out before you pull in so we don't have a massive traffic jam.
Masks and hand sanitizer are at your discretion and no longer required.
A canopy tent is not required, but if you do set up a tent, you must have at 30lbs on each leg to keep it from blowing over. Canopy tents that do not have sufficient weights will need to be taken down. If we expect high winds, we may ask that canopy tents come down for safety. It does not happen often, but just a heads up.
We are a pet friendly market and if you do not wish to have pets in your booth space, please display signage letting shoppers know. We are a kid friendly market, but if your kids attend with you, please make sure they are not interrupting the sales for the other vendors. Children should be with an adult at all times and are not allowed to shop the market alone.
We are a no smoking/vaping market and ask vendors to refrain from smoking/vaping in the market area during set up, market times and tear down.
Restrooms are located in Kroger and they know we will be in to use them. Music played in your area must not use vulgar/profane language, be PG in content and not disturb your neighbors. Please keep the volume down.
Should we have rain in the forecast, we follow a 50/50 policy. 50% or greater chance of rain for 50% or more of the market. This is a guide and we take each weekend's circumstances into consideration. The call to reschedule would be made Sunday morning by 6am. If we get rain and you choose to leave, vehicles are not allowed to drive in the market area and credit is not issued. Please feel free to call or text Mary or Colleen anytime, but especially on Saturday if you have questions or need to let me know you are running late or are not going to be able to make it.
